Thanks for listening! I always build a B3 Organ patch in all my rigs. Its fun to go there once in a while.

@@IsaacLausell does that tone work okay for chords or not really?

@@ryanmelvey8764 Do you mean the clean guitar or the B3 sound? Both tones work for chords however with a B3 patch you want to be closer to the organ in the way you voice your chords.

@@IsaacLausell the b3 sound is what i was curious about. do you mean since guitar is harder to do close voicings its tough?

@@ryanmelvey8764 I meant more in the sense of being idiomatic. One tends to associate the B3 sound with a certain way of playing. That of course does not mean you can’t go in a different direction with it.

Thanks for listening. I have not personally tried to put a looper on the effects loop with this amp. Technically if one sets it up as you are suggesting I don't see why it should sound any difference other than a plausible minor tonal inflection from the looper's buffer if any.

Thanks for listening. The Katana has been a pleasant surprise over the years, it can cover a lot of ground and very well. If I was to improve it further I think I would make the 1/4 output stereo and add a dual delay engine (L&R).

Thanks for listening. I understand about the amp, it takes some tweaking but it can get a really nice jazz sound with tons of headroom. Another plus of these amps is the price, they are lot cheaper than many of the jazz focused amp alternatives in the market.

Thanks man! It is pretty cool you can get all those sounds with the Katana amp, it is a bummer that Boss/Roland did not give the GT1000 Core pedal a synth engine. It costs twice as much as the amp!

Hi, it’s the amp. All the software does is allow you to edit the effects in the amp or load some alternatives. In this case this was recorded with the amp going into my computer using the USB connection.

Hi Andres, thanks for watching. This is a modded Fender Strat made in Mexico. The last thing I did was to change the neck to a Warmoth. Joseph Robles Hernandez did all the mods for me including the new pickups.

@@IsaacLausell the sound is perfect! If I hear you video with blind eyes, I can think this warm sound is coming from an expensive gibson es175! The combination of your guitar and your patch is generating a so sweet and warm sound! Wow Im impressed! And you are playing is fantastic! Can you give me some details about the brand of humbucker pickup?

@@Mr.Wu. Sure thing, it's a classic Alnico II from GFS. It's kind of their take on the Gibson Classic 57 but way cheaper.
